An ancient country house fully renovated
Rustico Bertel is a 1700 stone rustic building: it is an ancient rural house fully renovated.
Downstairs floors are characterized by a stone vaulted ceiling and once they were used to welcome grazing animals. Today they feature a kitchen with dining table and one of the bedrooms.
Direclty connecting with the kitchen, there are the main bathroom, the entry to the covered outdoor terrace and the laundry room.
Upstairs are located the living room, a second toilet and other two bedrooms, for a total of 6 beds.
Outside some well-equipped terraces surround the house. There is a barbeque area and a relaxing space with a hot tub.
THE WHOLE HOUSE IS RUSTIC STYLE FURNISHED, CHARMING AND WEEL-FINISHED.
The 200sqm spacious house is situated on a 10 hectares plot of land, which hosts lawns, orchards, pastures and vegetable garden. Our guests can enjoy nature and peace, walking on lawns or watching our animals (horses, dogs, cats, chickens and gooses) or relaxing in the shadow of a big tree or on a hammock. A trekking path passing through the land leads direclty to the lake in just over an hour; it is also a good starting point to explore the territory.
Inside the property, next to the rustic building, there is our home too. Despite this, the holiday house is completely indipendent and fully kept in its own privacy.
